Conal has a wide range of experience from a variety of sectors including Tourism, Outdoor Adventure, Marketing, Public Relations and Sales along with Events & Relationship Management. Not only is Conal driven and successful in business he also is a top level athlete where he has been playing Football and Hurling for Dublin since 2002.
With this experience he is a very strong team player with a vigorous work ethic and has the ability to motivate people to exceed their benchmark performance. Conal holds a Degree in Engineering and has been working in the Tourism Industry for the 5 years.

Paul Ashmore
Paul brings with him over 20 year’s experience to the Tourism industry. Paul studied outdoor education for 4 years in the U.K, and has been working in the industry since. He has worked in the U.K., Wales, France and Ireland.
Paul has been running Avon Ri outdoor Adventure Centre for the last 6 years and before this, he managed Blessington Adventure Centre. He has a keen interest in all outdoor activities and has instructorships in Kayaking, Sailing, Windsurfing, Powerboat, safety boat, advanced powerboat, trail cycle leader, mountain leader training and mountain skills, ISA Instructor, orienteering, Archery and an ISA instructor.
